I was previously using a Brembo P2 caliper, but decided to upgrade to this one.As expected, it’s larger than the previous caliper, and it perfectly fills out the 12-inch wheel — looks absolutely great.
About quality and texture - The P4 right brake caliper from Brembo is made from cast aluminium with a titanium anodized surface finish and includes brake pads, the quality from the overall fit and finish is perfect.About the feeling of use - The P4 right brake caliper is initially overwhelming to look at on the minimoto with it's massive physical appearance but soon becomes part of the Monkey 125 with it's titanium finish that matches the rest of styling so well, not to mention the improved feel and braking performance with it's larger diameter pistons and higher quality brake pads.Products to buy together - The Honda Monkey 125 is an inexpensive motorcycle with a lot of low quality parts from the factory, so the purchasing of other high quality parts like this P4 right brake caliper from Brembo would be perfect but the essential product to purchase to complete the installation is a front brake bracket to allow for the meshing together of the Brembo brake caliper and the Honda lower fork leg.Difficulty of installation - The installation of the P4 right brake caliper is a intermediate task that took 0.7 of an hour to complete. Some mechanical aptitude and the use of basic hand tools is what is required to secure the P4 right brake caliper to the bracket and bleed the brake caliper.Cost performance and comparison with other products - I find the cost of all the products Brembo sell to be higher then what most other companies sell their products for and the P4 right brake caliper is no different, but this is due to the high quality materials used and the consistent high quality finish of their products.About shipping and packaging - With there being no significant cost difference between sea freight and EMS for the P4 right brake caliper, I chose EMS for an earlier arrival dates. The part was extremely well protected while being covered in bubble wrap and surrounded with air pillows in a sturdy cardboard box.Any concerns, cautions, or advice when purchasing - For my location, purchasing performance products like this from Webike Japan is the only option. There are a few local stores selling parts for the Grom but the range is very limited.View Detail

The Nisshin caliper of the NORMAL model worked hard with just a little grip, so it was difficult to fine-tune the caliper, and I was worried about panic braking because it is a model without ABS. We are using Normal master, and it is operating effectively enough. There is nothing to say about the quality and appearance of the brembo, which is safe and stable.View Detail

Order titanium to change the color from Brembo gold. The discount is less than before. I hope the discount rate is high.Still, Brembo is also satisfactory.View Detail

I bought this for my Monkey 125 JB03 because I lowered the handlebar and wanted a slightly shorter cable. After removing the OEM cable and comparing the length, it turns out they’re essentially the same.(The Kitaco cable only has a slightly shorter outer sheath, which makes the throttle free play a bit tighter.)It wasn’t the length I was hoping for, but the cable itself is more flexible and feels higher in quality than the stock one, so I’m still satisfied with it.View Detail
A light guard that isn’t overdone or bulky. It’s better to think of it as something meant for looks rather than expecting real protection or functional performance. Its simple design makes it perfect for adding a clean visual accent around the headlight.Would’ve been nice to catch it during a sale, but I’m still satisfied since it was in stock and arrived quickly.https://www.instagram.com/p/DRZkKPdE_qv/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link&igsh=MzRlODBiNWFlZA==View Detail
The cushioning feels very similar to the OEM seat, and the overall comfort is actually better thanks to its slightly more focused seating area compared to the wider stock seat.Looking through the mounting gap underneath, the internal foam appears to be latex, which likely contributes to the softer, more comfortable feel. Most aftermarket seats require transferring the rear rubber bushings from the OEM seat, but this one comes with the bushings already installed, so it can be swapped in immediately. The top surface uses a non-slip material, and the tandem grip line can be removed by simply undoing the bolts from underneath the seat.Highly recommended if you want to keep the OEM level of comfort while giving your Monkey a refreshed look. https://www.instagram.com/p/DRO3Y1Rk0AZ/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link&igsh=MzRlODBiNWFlZA==View Detail
I switched to a lower handlebar on my Monkey 125 and ordered this cable at the same time. The engine-side bracket has a slight bend compared to the stock one, but it doesn’t cause any installation issues. It definitely feels smoother than the OEM clutch cable. Spraying a bit of lubricant on the inner wire before installing it helps keep the feel smooth for a long time. View Detail
I installed it on my Monkey 125. Since the stock cables can’t be used, you’ll need to swap them to the Kitaco short cable set (#909-1432101).My previous setup used the ZETA CL500 handlebar, but this one sits about 40 mm lower, which matches perfectly with a back step and a low seat.I definitely recommend it for anyone who’s running a back step setup.
