Genuine GBRacing Engine Protection Set for MT03 2020

This is a set for the Ninja 650 of a customer who wanted to add a little more protection to the casing of their bike. I have personally used GBRacing many times in the past for both my bike and customers bikes and know they are second to none for protection of you beloved. Finding the correct set was really easy as Webike do list all the models these kits fit. I also cross checked this with GBRacing website just to be sure I did not write the wrong number down. Really good price for this set from Webike and pretty much the same as I could source locally here in the UK. Yes, you can get other manfacturers who make sets like these but I have my own experience of how well these perform in the event of an off. They do take a good beating but essentially, these are to protect you casing. They also look really cool too. For all you get in this kit, the value for money is brilliant, 3 pieces in total and one of the best set of bolts you could ask for. There is the alternator cover and clutch cover and finally the pulse cover. Great price for a 3 piece set. The composite is not just plastic like some of the other kits you can buy, they have a percentage of fibre too for strength and durability. GBRacing have really done their homework here and I can confirm the durability is epic. All was packed out really well and even the small pieces were protected during transit. Upon opening the set box, I was really happy to find all was present and correct, the right amount of bolts etc is always a bonus. Having had previous experience in fitting these, it was a piece of cake. It's pretty much the same for each model anyway. Take your time, set out the individual covers and allocated bolts and it's alot easier than fumbling for the right bolt. The customer is really pleased with this kit and to be honest, I am too. Because this bike had a bit of an accident and was getting rebuilt, the customer asked if there was anything else they could add which would help protect it against any further mishaps. I do tend to suggest that GBRacing engine kits are the way to go and this was the case here. Finding the right set was not hard as I just used the search function on Webike and then for my own peace of mind, I cross referenced with GBRacing website. With a few other smaller parts in my order, I had them all shipped together to save on costs and all arrived safely via EMS in 5 days from being shipped. The box all arrived well padded and the covers were in their own little GBRacing packets anyway. This set comprised of just the generator cover and the clutch cover which is more than sufficient for this bike and how small it is. The covers are made of some kind of composite and not just plain old plastic like a lot of other companies use. These are tough puppies and do withstand a good knock and or scrape down the road. They really are the mutts nuts when it comes to engine protection. All the necessary parts needed were aleady in the packets so there is no need to go hunting for specific bolts etc. You can feel the quality of these covers from both outside and inside. There is even a nice little GBRacing logo perched inside a cut out on the covers. Good touch. The fitting was pretty straight forward. Just take your time and make sure you have everything at hand before you start and you will have no issues. I also tend to use a little copper slip for the bolts which stops them from becoming stuck in there if you ever need to change them out. Cracking job Webike, thank you for the help. View Detail

This set was purchsed for the a newish R6 that a customer wanted to try and keep the bike from any damage in case of an accident. Obviously, this is a really good idea as you just never know what minght happen on the roads. Finding the right set was not too difficult as I just added my bike model and details to the search on GBRacing website and this came up. This set does include the pulse cover, the clutch cover and also more inportantly the generator cover. The price of this set was cheaper than if you purchased them all separately so made perfect sende to get the set. Webike price was slightly better thamn I could source locally but these were not actually in stock at the UK supplier at the time I needed them. I chose as my preferred courier EMS, I use them as they get the orders to me fast and safely with no stress. The order arrived with me in 5 days from being shipped which is awesome. All the covers in the set were individually packaged and then inside a large sealed bag. The finish on these covers is really eye catching, even down to the name plate GBRacing on the sides of each cover. The packets all included every piece you need to attach including the spacers where needed. The composition of these is definitely not just plastic and upon further investigations by myself they are proven to withhold a lot more stress than a lot of other brands in this same category. Fitting was really straight forward as you also get a comprehensive set of instructions per cover. These do look excellent and I am confident in them. As for the customer, they are really pleased. The partners bike needed some of these to protect their new bike. GBRacing are a brilliant brand and used a lot. Very cost effective compared to bashing up your casings. Very good price from Webike. They arrived in a box that was full with instructions. There are very strong stainless steel bolts inside to fit all covers. The material is very nice to touch. Very strong also. Time for a change of air filter for this Z900. This was a part that needed changing on the Z900 bike that came in for a service. The air filter was pretty bad and very dirty which was only having a negative effect on the bike's running. The correct air filter was easy to find using the tools and help section on Webike pages. I also cross referenced with Kawasaki schematics for my own peace of mind. The air filter was really good value and slightly cheaper than I could source locally at my nearest Kawasaki parts dealer. I chose EMS for my courier as they just get my orders delivered fast. 7 days from shipping my order arrived. Everything in the order was extra well packed with bubble wrap for security. The air filter is not a massive one especially for such a large bike but you do need it to fit as it should. The old one had gotten a little funny shaped and was not sitting right and this was the first air filter change from new. This one however, fits perfectly. The air filter came in the usual Kawasaki packaging. The quality is yet to be found, once started up and run for a while. Initial testing though seems as though the filter is allowing the right amount of air through. Good signs there. Fitting was easy, the filter is not doing what it is supposed to do and the bike does sound better for it. Brilliant work Webike. Happy customer. View Detail

I had an issue with the ignition barrel and snapped the key in the process. After a lot of pushing and pulling the key decided to snap, my bad. So I did not have to go and buy a totally new set of locks, I had an old set hanging around and decided I would get the lock set cut with a new key, this is where the new blank key comes in. I could have just got some random generic key but as this is an essential part that needs to work every time, I went for the genuine Kawasaki one as this is an old bike and I wanted to make sure this fitted exactly. The part number was not particularly hard to find and Webike had these available. Win, win. The price was very reasonable and better than could have sourced locally so I just added 2 to the basket to keep as a spare. There were a few other parts in my order and all were shipped with EMS and arrived in 5 days. All my parts were received in perfect condition. The key even came in a small Kawasaki bag which was a nice touch. The key has a really good and solid feel to it. Although it is a blank, the edges are smooth as you would expect. I got the key cut and installed my new/old lock set. All works perfectly and now I can get my seat off. Thank you Webike, great job. View Detail

This bike had a lot of issues that needed sorting out. Mostly it was cosmetic but some of the panels had taken damage through constantly being removed from the bike. No biggy as these parts are available still from Yamaha. I found the right panel part number by checking Yamaha schematics and then cross referencing on Webike website to see if they could get them quickly. To my surprise, Webike could get this shipped out within a few days. The price I saw on Webike was really great value for money and so much cheaper than if I sourced locally from the Yamaha dealer. This panel although is not particularly heavy, it is a weird shape and needs a large box to accommodate. I already anticipated this and it reflected on the cost of shipping. Weighing up the cost of the part plus the shipping, it still came out a lot cheaper than the local Yamaha dealer could beat. All my order arrived in one piece with no damage to any parts. This was mainly due to how Webike pack the orders. Lots and lots of padding. Brilliant. The inner panel arrived in a large bubble wrap Yamaha packet and there was no damage at all. The finish was a nice textured one on the plastic, the back plastic area is sturdy and hopefully will not fail. Top quality part direct from Yamaha. Perfect. It did not take a lot of time to fit all the parts back together and then bolt this back onto the bike itself. Really pleased with how this rebuild went. Thanks Webike. View Detail

Whilst I was getting a few other parts for the Tracer 900 GT 2021, I noticed that one of the tank emblems was a little scraped up and looked a bit of a mess. Yes, I could get them printed at a local store but why do that when you can get hold of the genuine Yamaha ones as cheap as this. Not a hard part to find once you know the size you need and a rough model what this is for. Along with some other parts for this bike, I got them all shipped together by EMS and delivered in 5 days. Everything in the package was packed neatly and securely and these were kept flat as you don't want bent emblems. They look super slick and crisp edges makes the world of difference. This is a basically standard Yamaha emblem which comes on a lot of bike. The emblem in a gorgeous white/silver and black decal/emblem and all the colours are super clean too. I have had some that look off on the yellow but not these, perfect match for the bike colour scheme which is factory oem. Now they are on, the bike looks like a proper machine. Another purchase for the Honda GL1500. This time it was for a brand new fuel tube as the old one was starting to show signs of cracking. I searched Webike for the relevant parts number and found exactly what I was looking for. With other parts for project bikes on the go, I would just get them all shipped together. My preferred courier right now is EMS as they get the orders delivered really fast. In 7 days my order arrived. The fuel tube with it being factory OEM I know will fit exactly as it should. It was neatly packaged by Webike warehouse. The fuel tube came in the Honda packet was well wrapped to keep it safe. Upon inspection, the diameter was spot on. The fuel tube itself is flexible and very well made, top quality as expected from Honda. There were no kinks or major bends. I am very happy with the result. Thanks Webike, great work View Detail
