This was a part that my customer asked for. They had a small accident which resulted in their crank case cover gettting a little scratched up. I found the correct part number by using the tools available from Webike help section. The part was pretty easy to find that way. Webike's price for this part was very good value. A lot lower than I could source locally. Along with some other parts in my basket, arrived in 5 days via EMS. All the items in my order were packed individually by Webike warehouse and all nicely padded out in the box so nothing could get damaged in transit. There was a few gaps between the parts in the box but Webike think of the customer, and fill that space with bubble wrap and air pockets so nothing can be bounced about in transit. All arrived at my door perfectly. The crank case cover is a good piece of manufacturing. The threads are really neat and not sharp with burrs or unfinished. The paint on it is a perfect match to the one being replaced, it is a nice satin grey, I think this is a standard Yamaha engine colour paint. It look awesome once fitted. DIdn't take too long to fit, pretty straightforward, just eveything in reverse really. Take your time and you will be just fine. My 1987 TW200 tank grommet was cracked So I need to replace it.As usual I got the Brand new parts from webike shop . Before I put a new grommet onto the fuel tank need to removed the left & right side plastic covers off. Installation process shouldn't be difficult.Put a little bit of silicone grease on the rubber to help it slide easy. If you don't have, a little brake fluid will also help but not adversly affect the rubber.Try inserting one side first and working around the perimeter as you push on the grommet. I also used small flat screwdriver tool to help me with the insertion.Don't forget to cover the flat screwdriver edge with a electrical tape to prevent damaging the grommet perimeter.With a slight twisting motion and downward pressure it popped right in.Makes sure it fits as flat as possible to the surface of the fuel tank before install the side covers in.Thanks a lot webike for the support.First Class Packaging & Good Quality Service.If You need parts for your machine,webike shop is the best place to get parts at reasonable prices.View Detail

With changing the front and rear sprockets on this bike, the FZ-6 2006 the nut was changed along with this lock washer. Never forget your lock washer, it is important. The correct part was found using the tools Webike provide and cross referencing with Yamaha's own schematics. Best price ever for this lock washer and better than I could source locally. With some other parts in my order, all were shipped together with EMS and arrived in perfect condition in 5 days from shipping. The parts were well packed and no damage was sustained during transit. The lock washer is a super idea and keep the nut from loosening and coming off when you really do not want it to. It has 2 sides that you can peen over but if you do one each time you reinstall, you can use twice maximum. It is well machined and free from any contaminants. Works a treat. All the parts were in their own individual packets and inside a bubble wrapped envelope for security. The nut itself is a well made and well machined nut. The edges are not sharp but they are crisp and clean. The threads are very precise and no notchiness or stickiness was found upon installation. We changed out the older tired looking indicators only to find that the plates that hold them in were not great and had a couple of cracks in 2 of them. These are not particularly hard to find parts but you do need to make sure you get the right ones for the specific bike you have. This one was for the CBR600RR 2012 we are working on. As always I had more than 1 part in my order and shipped using EMS which arrived in 5 days from shipping. I purchased 4 of these so the full set could be changed. No point in just doing the 2 cracked ones when at some point, the other 2 will end u[ exactly the same. The all came in the genuine Honda packets and were stapled together so none could get lost. The are a strong plastic composite and the mounts are all crisp and clean and free from additional plastic. I do love a good day of maintenance. This time it was for a lovely CBR1000RR. Full on oil filter, oil and air filter change. We wanted to fit the K&N filter over the OEM one becasue you also have the ability to wash, re-oil and re-use these filters. I have never found them to be anything less than the quality of the standard OEM filters and do not have any less performance. As I said, these are reusable if you do it all correctly. This is replacing the OEM Honda one which came on the bike standard. Finding the correct filter for the bike was easy too, I checked on Webike website and this showed the models that fit each filter. Super easy.I had other items in my order and this then cut down the shipping over the entire order. I use EMS fast service which arrived at my door in 5 days but there was a weekend inbetween. All the items were packaged really well and bubble wrap and air pockets were used to fill any space in the box. Webike even tape the outer box on all sides so nothing can get in out. The filter arrived in perfect condition and fitted as I mentioned above in about half an hour total and that was including cleaning the surfaces and prepping everything. The final result was great, all sorted and no leaks. If you do it right the first time, follow the instructions this won't happen anyway. These were purchased as a complimentary addition to the gorgeous GSX-R1000 here. We decided to go for the Yoshimura ones as this bike has a few other Yoshimura parts so it was fitting to keep with that brand. I have owned a lot of Yoshimura parts for various bikes before and the craftsmenship is out of this world, Japan really knows how to make parts. Finding the correct part was not hard as I previously had some on a different bike. The price was outstanding and very good value with the shipping. Arrived in perfect condition in 5 days from shipping. They came in their own box which was really cute. No problems with this, The finish is excellent although they were a little lighter in colour than I imagined. No an issue as they are not close to the other Yoshimura grey parts already on the bike.
