This is a replacement for the original front left fork protector that got damaged by a large stone whilst riding. Nothing too major but it did detract from the awesome looks of the bike and it is not that old either. I found the right protector by using Yamaha schematics and then searching Webike to see if they had stock. Unfortunately, on this occasion, Webike had to order this protector. Not a big issue as I had time anyway to sort this out. Besides, the price Webike had this on sale for was far better than my local dealer. So, after only 3 days of waiting, Webike shipped my part. I used EMS as they get the job done fast and efficiently. The order arrive just 6 days later. The package was well presented and everything inside was well protected. The protector itself is a moulded part and was well made, the quality is excellent from Yamaha. The actual protector does not have a painted surface, instead, it is a flat plastic but this does not mean it is bad quality at all. It looks immaculate. There is a flex in it which does accommodate some small rocks that hit but that is a good thing. Anyway, fitting was straight forward and all complete and ready go hit the road once again.
